About Me
An experienced singer with Dublin-based Glasnevin and O’Connell’s Musical Societies’ and a former member of the renowned Raheny Folk Group, as Leader, I brought them through the 40th Anniversary. I started my vocal journey as a you child as both my parents were involved in singing. As an adult I studied at Waltons New School of Music with Aoife Doyle learning contemporary music and progressed onto Edel Meade to become a confident Jazz and Blues Singer. The latest learning, is Commercial Modern Music (Voice) at BIMM Dublin and graduating class 2023.
Having experienced the wonderful joy of singing from an early age I am now lucky to realise my dream of becoming a vocal teacher. I love helping others reach their full potential vocally. Teaching students in a friendly safe and enjoyable environment to gain confidence and technical ability mastering their chosen song or simply how to enjoy singing as part of a group.
Interest and Hobbies
Singing, Musical Theatre, Music Gigs, Music festivals, Boating on the River Shannon, Sailing out of Clontarf, Jigsaws, Card and Board Games, the latest being Mahjong. I really enjoy walking and listening to music.
